Shipping policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States if you spend $40.00+ before taxes/shipping charges. 

Any purchases under $40.00, or any purchases made outside of the United States of any amount, will be charged shipping. 

We do not charge a shipping and handling fee. The shipping charges reflect what the shipping company charges to ship your package. You can choose from various shippers to receive the best rate. 

Any orders placed outside the United States may be responsible for Customs and Duties for which we are not responsible or liable. You will be charged separately by your customs agency should this be applicable.

We will do our best to ship your package as effectively as possible. 

If your package will be a gift, please let us know as soon as you place your order so we can ship it in a blank box. 

Once your package leaves our tack store and has been accepted by the shipping company of your choice, we are no longer responsible. Should you have a lost or stolen package, please contact the shipping company and inquire.
